RETURN POLICY

1.1 At BOXMR, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your boxing equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established this Refund and Returns Policy to address your needs.

2. Returns

2.1 Right to Return: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the items, without providing any reason.

2.2 Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • The items should be in the same condition as when received.

  • Products must not be damaged or altered.

2.3 Return Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service at info@boxrm.nl to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding original shipping fees, within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

3.2 Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact our customer service for assistance.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

4.1 If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@boxrm.nl

4.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs, as soon as the defective or incorrect item is returned.

5.1 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.

  • Items with broken seals or hygiene products once opened.
